1.1 Earn: Rewarding Points for In-Store Purchases:
Enrich the shopping experience of your loyal customers by offering them points for purchases made in-store. Here's how:

Your employees at the POS can conveniently log into the LAD account. Within the Analytics section, under the Members table, they can efficiently locate your loyalty member by inputting their email or Auth ID. Even faster, they can scan the QR code available on the member’s account page on their device for immediate account number retrieval.

Once the member is identified, they click on "More Actions", select "Credit Points", and input the number of points earned with the purchase. This immediate rewarding strategy promotes customer loyalty by providing instant gratification, fostering stronger relationships with your customers.

For those customers who are not yet part of your loyalty program, reward them anyway! Simply input their email address, click on "Reward new member", and fill out the necessary details for Amount of points and Member email. They will receive an email about their rewarded points upon registering and an invitation to register. This strategy acts as a powerful incentive for new users to join your loyalty program and engage more deeply with your brand.
1.2 Burn: Paying with Points for Purchases In-Store:

The process is equally seamless when your customers want to redeem their points. Cashiers at your POS can log into the LAD, navigate to the Analytics section, and select the Members table. By entering the account number or email of the user or scanning the member's account QR code, they can easily locate the user.

Upon clicking "More Actions", the cashier debits the selected amount of points from the user's account. The cashier can see the user's point balance before the transaction, which means your users can pay partially with your loyalty points and less with cash or credit card. Although this adds a step for your cashier, it dramatically enhances the shopping experience, motivating customers to spend their points and reinforcing the value of your loyalty program.
Use case 2:
Even without your own loyalty point with qiibee, you can directly reward your members with popular external loyalty points like Etihad Guest miles, Miles&More miles, and so on.
- When users make purchases at your stores or when you want to directly reward a member, your employee needs to go to the LAD, click on "Reward member" button in the Analytics section under the Members table. They choose a partner whose loyalty points you wish to reward your member with, fill in the amount of points, and write the member's account number or email to credit the points.
If the recipient isn't registered within that loyalty point program yet, there's no need to worry. They will be notified about their reward and will receive an invitation to register. This provides an additional layer of value to your customers, encouraging them to register and maintain loyalty to your brand.
