Can I manage multiple loyalty programs?

You can manage multiple loyalty programs within the Loyalty Admin Dashboard (LAD). Simply click on the arrow next to your loyalty point name to expand the section. At the bottom, you’ll find the option to create a new loyalty point. Once created, you can easily switch between the loyalty points by clicking on the loyalty point name in the drop-down list.

In case you don’t see the button to create a new loyalty point, you did not yet complete the setup with one of the loyalty points you’re part of. Finish that setup first before creating a new loyalty point.
